Information about Multi-family properties

Hi fellow BP members,

 First, I want to apologize if there is a post about my question already. I guess we want everything to be served to us without much work *ouch.

 What is a good source/website to find multi-family properties in my area off market? I have a property in mind that I would like to get more information on and when I go on Zillow, Realtor, Loopnet even, either it does not populate the address or it has no information or whatsoever.

 Thank you. I guess the perfect scenario would be a website which lists all the Multi-family properties in my area.
