I was born and raised in the Atlanta area but moved to Philadelphia for school and work. Multi family properties are common in the philadelphia area, but never really saw many multi families when I was living in Atlanta.

How is the multi family market in the Atlanta area? I like multi familes as a buy and hold investment and want to know if it would make sense to do it in the Atlanta area.
