Attorney Needed - DC Metro Area - Raising Money from Friends

Hello everyone - I'm looking for a real estate attorney that practices in the Washington, DC metro area. I own a 4-unit multifamily property in the District and want to purchase a bigger multifamily property (10-15 units) with pooled funds from friends & family. As a CRE lender by trade, I have a good understanding of various structures but need an attorney to consult with to properly set up the friends and family entity/operating agreement.
