Apartment Complex Offer Timelines

Hey BP!  

When submitting an offer for an apartment complex, what timeframes do you normally put down for financing, feasibility, and inspection?  If I were to submit an offer today, how long would it take to close?  Assume the paperwork was in order and it was a 35 unit complex for $1.5m.
