Finding Multi-Family Agent Expert

Hi team,

I recently moved to Fort Collins, CO. I am looking to use my VA home loan to acquire a duplex/triplex in northern Colorado. This will be my first MF investment. I'm looking for an agent and would love any advice on how to find the right one to help me on this journey. Thank you in advance for any insight!
