Looking for new underwriting model

Does anybody have an underwriting model that they're willing to share that is setup to handle multiple LP classes?

Ex Class A: 10% pref, no upside beyond that (1st priority after debt service) and Class B: 8% pref with 80/20 split after that.

I've modified the model that I typically use to handle it, but don't love all the mods I've had to make. Still needs work too.

Thanks!

@Adam Lacey, I second Bob's suggestion of Adventures in CRE. It has been a while, but was impressed with their models and the functionality/ease of use.

Specific to this use case, you could also simply underwrite Class A as a second mortgage, since that is effectively how it operates.
