What are some banks that have higher LTV’s?
Purchasing my first 14 unit deal. Sounds like I'm at 65-35. Cap rate is around 4% as is, but rents are low and property is in good condition. Looking for any tips and tricks to help me underwrite/ maybe refi in 12-18 months when rents are higher, and wondering what that LTV looks like.
