Question offer for part of a portfolio of properties

Hi,

I need a little help. The portfolio is a bundle of 6 properties. I am only interested in 2. There is an option to buy as a bundle or individually. I'm a little stuck on what to offer. Is there a norm? If I make an offer on two properties should I offer less because I am considering two? If that makes no sense - accept my apology - I'm still in the learning process.
