How to show a leander the rehab cost for Multifamily

Kyle Wakefield

How do I get the rehab estimator to show the cost to repair each aparment? Is there a tool specifically for multifamily?

Hi Kyle,

So you have an overall bid.

The Lender wants a per unit bid.

Why not just ask the contractor to re-format the bid into a per unit bid.

If he balks at it, then you have no way to pay him--so he loses.

Too bad you didn't know to ask this going into this--but now you know (experience is a good thing).

Good Luck!
