Hello yall so I have found a property that I'm interested in buying but I would like to run the numbers to make sure that it will be a good investment. The property has a duplex and a 4 plex. The Duplex consists of one large 2-Bed/1-bath unit and one 1-bed/1-bath unit. The 4-plex consists of one 2-Bed/1-1/2 bathrooms unit and three 1-bed/1-bath units. The four 1-Bed rents are between $715-$760/month. The 2-Bed rents are between $845-$950/month. The property is located in Houston Tx. I would all so like to know what is the best insurance company to use.
