Converting a Motel to ???
Looking to hear from investors about what options they have seen or completed in converting older Motel properties to a new use. The are several articles out there with several different scenarios but interested to hear from anyone that has been a part of a project, what they did, and the end results.
I realize a lot depends on zoning, location, etc but just interested to see what others are doing/planning and completing.
