When it comes analyzing  the right deal Cash Flow will always be a significant factor. But what about Job growth and population growth. For does who use one or both, can let me know how you analyze the statistics to determine is deal is more right. What number Should I focus on and what reports should you use.. I know every state would be different .. just wanted to see everyone’s opinion ..
