Companies that finance short term rental florida

Hello, 

I'm trying to find a lender who can do short term rental loans in Florida for a property worth 4-5 million as a short term rental investment. (It has a good track record short term rentals already).

One of the lenders I asked only looks at conventional renting so the value they calculate is much less and we wouldn't be able to do the deal with them.

Any help would be MUCH appreciated. Thank you
