Where can i find the latest market cap rates in a sub market?
Where can I find the latest cap rates going for 5+ multifamilies in Long beach? I tried using the cap's from samples like loopnet etc but they are all over the place (And I know the NOI posted is wrong).
Is there a reliable source to calculate current market cap rates?
