Hello everyone I just joined. My partner and I are new investors. We own a large duplex in a small town and live in one of the apartments. Currently we are working out the details to get it fixed up and rented again. Spent the last year researching and reading on the BRRRR method and other related subjects. Any suggestions is always appreciated🙂
