Second FHA Loan question
I just got divorced and I have a nice chunk of cash. We had used an FHA loan to purchase our first home about 7 years ago. We sold the house and split the assets. Is it possible to get another FHA loan to purchase a multi family property I plan to occupy? I will also have zero debt.

Hey Alex!
You can only have one FHA loan at a given time, but you can have multiple FHA loans throughout your life! So yes, you can get another. Talk to a lender (one that offers FHA loans) and they should have more information for you!
