Need help! Need a seller/owner finance attorney

We have a seller that wants to offer us their 5-Plex and owner finance the deal, they have a mortgage on their home though and we wanted to do a "subject-to" deal, but we are hearing that that is illegal because most mortgages have a "payment due on sale" clause. We are scrambling to find an attorney at the last minute to structure this (if it can be done), we don't have one since this is our second deal and our last owner finance deal, the seller hired their own attorney to draft all the paperwork. Anyone have any advice on an affordable attorney to help draft these terms? We are so excited about this deal!
