Wyoming LLC owning a Texas LLC

Hi, I currently have a Wyoming LLC owning a Texas LLC to start a land developing business in Texas. I am trying to determine if I need to have the funds from business flow through the Texas LLC bank account into the Wyoming LLC bank account? Also, do I just list my business partner and I as "Managers" on the Texas LLC operating agreement since the sole Member / Owner of the Texas LLC is the Wyoming LLC? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
