How much to have in Cash Reserve?
Is there a general rule for how much to have in cash reserve? For instance, 100K property with 25% down assuming its turnkey. Should I do 10-15% in cash of the purchase price in case anything goes awry? With my first multifamily, I do not plan on taking any profits the first year. Thanks!
