Hello Bigger Pockets Community. Myself and my two other partners are looking for recommendations for a CPA or business attorney near Vacaville Ca, to help us form a legal partnership agreement. We are in the beginner real of investing and this is our first partnership. Therefore we need somebody that is thorough and can guide us in matters that we have not conceived of yet. Our end goal is use a buy and hold strategy on smaller out of state apartment complexes.
