Looking For Multifamily Mentoring Program

Hello fellow Investors:

I have done few flips with good success and also have half a dozen single family rentals that are doing good. However, SFRs are not going to make me financially free. Also, the scaling is not possible. I have to have at least 50 rentals to quit w2 job.

With this realization (among other good reasons), I have started to look into big multifamily ( fifty plus units). However, I also realize that learning curve for such bid project can be very long ( can be very expensive too), since there are lots of moving parts as opposed to SFR or Flips.

Can any one suggest  good Mentorship program. Its even better if you actually have gone through such program. I have been seriously considering Michael Blank's Mentorship program.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated .

Thank you
