Notice of eviction of absent tenant in Texas

So we purchased a lot in Texas through the tax sale. Apparently, the owners had leased the lot out to a roofing company. The roofing company uses the lot to store their equipment and other personal property. If we are not able to get a hold of the tenants, how do we go about handling their personal property. There is actually a trailer and RV parked there as well.

When would the personal property be deemed abandoned?

Do we go through eviction process as if it was a rental?
