Reinstatement possible after Notice of Sale period in Texas?

Hello,

I'm an experienced investor but I'm new to Texas.  I'm in touch with someone in the Greater Dallas area that's in foreclosure.  The Notice of Sale has passed and the sale is actually set for next Tuesday.  Outside of finding an error on the side of the lender in the process, is there typically any possibility of a lender accepting a reinstatement so close to the sale date?  We're going to try, but I would like to hear of anyone else's experience in this situation.  Thanks.
