Seeking Resources in Colorado

My wife and I have been on the periphery of investing for years (couple fix-and-flips years ago). We own a couple of properties now as well as a small business in Denver.

We want to learn more about the foreclosure market as we are ready to expand our portfolio.

Anyone know of good classes or seminars that we should take? Anything that we should avoid?

We aren't afraid to spend a little money for good information. We just don't want to waste time or resources on nonsense just because we are excited to make another move.
