HOA fees, tax liens, and foreclosure
In a somewhat confusing situation. I am headed to a tax lien auction in GA next week. One of the properties I am interested in is also in a community with HOA fees. After the time period has passed and i can foreclose on the home, what happens with the HOA fees if the prior owner wasnt paying them either?
Does the unpaid HOA fees become my problem?
