Mortgage auction in florida

Hello All,

This is my first post here. Hopefully I've made it in the right place. I'm gathering as much information as I possibly can before continuing onto bidding at foreclosure auctions. One question I have is in regards to the Finale Judgement Amount. I understand that these are all the fees owed to the lender. (not including other possible liens and fees not recorded). My question is simply if I were to be the winning bidder on a foreclosure do I have to pay the full judgement amount?

Thanks!
