Template Foreclosure Letter
I just subscribed to the BP/Foreclosure.com list to get foreclosure notifications in my area. As both an investor, and Realtor, I want to reach out to the owners while being sensitive to their situation. Does anyone have a template/example of such a "cold call" letter they send to those in default or going through the foreclosure process?
Thanks!
