Pre Foreclosure or NOD/Lis Pendens list

I have been trying to get a pre foreclosure of NOD / Lis Pendens list for Washington DC. The county courts say it is public information but I have to know the exact address to find if there is one. There is no way to filter for it with their system. From what I understand the credit bureaus no longer provide delinquency lists. Anyone have any knowledge will be very helpful. New to this.
