Question about lead/short sale.
We have a lead that has a reverse mortgage (owner elderly woman passed away in December 2020) with an estimated unpaid balance of -$298,000. The property is valued at $215,000 with comps at $224,000. House is 2 bd 1 bath with $1,188.
Is this a lead worth pursing? If so, what should we consider and any other advice would be appreciated.
