Question about "unpaid balance" on a foreclosure.
I recently came across a property with over $110,000 in unpaid balance, however the foreclosure estimates was about 60,000 according to zillow.com. Is this an attractive property for investors? And who picks up the unpaid balance? Does the bank eat it?
Cheers,
Ikenna
