My experience with B4A auctions

I have noticed several people asking about if bid for assets works. I have had nothing but good experiences with them. purchased four different properties at four different times. Attempted to purchase more but was outbid. Each property was at an excellent price. The only difficult part is having so many people able bid to against you across the nation when it's online like that. I had to say the most important thing as always is doing your own due diligence I'm one of those few stories where I got a four-story brick duplex in overall excellent condition for $1 winning bid. Plus the % fee and title deed documents cost. So I wrapped up at $701.(The photo of the horribly dilapidated house in the auction file did not match the location and legal description. Which worked in my favor) Do your due diligence and you should be fine. I have had no problem receiving my county tax auction deposits refunded but takes about two weeks after end of auction before they get back round to do refunds. Expect a full 30days for it to arrive.
