Newbie Trying to Get Creative. Teach me about pre-forclosures
We are in very rural Ohio, and there are limited options out here for multi-family dwellings. (We have a new baby, so some of the more uncomfortable options for house hacking aren't really options for us.) I've run across a pre-foreclosure in our search area. Can someone direct me to the best/most efficient place to learn about foreclosures? I don't have any idea where to start. We have limited capital. We were planning to start with an FHA loan in a multi-family or SFH with an in-law suite, but now I'm trying to get more creative. Thanks!
