I am looking to buy a property at auction. The property is currently occupied. I am not sure what to do for due diligence before the auction, what are some things savvy and experienced investors would do?

If there's an eviction moratorium where you are you won't be able to evict the tenants, but you may be able to convince them to move via cash for keys. I haven't done this but that's what I've read.
