How to Buy Pre- Foreclosures
New investor here. I've been noticing a considerable number of properties in foreclosure and pre- foreclosure in my area recently, and was wondering about the feasibility of entering this market and what the process is generally like? And also would this even be a good idea for someone new to investing? At this point I'm still making preparations before finding my first deal but I like the idea of helping people out of those situations and it seems like a prevalent enough market in my area. What would be, like, the basics of what I should know to pursue pre- foreclosures and would it make sense where I'm at right now?
