How To Tell Which Type of Loan/Lien A Foreclosure Auction is On

Max Frenkel
Posted

I've been familiarizing myself with some of the foreclosure auction sites in Palm Beach and am trying to figure out, from the auction site, if the mortgage/lien that is being bid on is the first mortgage, second mortgage, construction lien, etc.

Example Auction:

Is there anything in this listing that I am missing that says it? Is there something in the associated documents that will tell me?

How do you find out which type/order of loan is being auctioned on?

Thanks
