First Foreclosure Purchase

Jake Jannise
Posted

I recently bought my first foreclosure property in Texas. Half of the house was paneling the other half had drywall, so I tore out all the paneling to replace with drywall. My question is, should I get an inspection done on the house before I start hanging the new drywall up? Being that I bought it as a foreclosure I wasn’t able to have an inspection completed before I bought the house. Any other tips on foreclosures would be greatly appreciated.
