My question is that I am about to bid on a known entity/condo coming up for auction. I have read through many posts regarding this and received a title report from a title company. To pay for a winning bid not knowing what amount that will be is confusing me. Do I bring my maximum offer/cashier's check and get change back from the auction house?

Not sure the exact type of auction you're going to. Usually, you'll have til end of day at least, maybe not. The procedures should be posted for whatever auction you're attending. Check for HOA dues, I donb't know the laws in your area, and there can be dues owed which won't show up in a title search. Also check for back property taxes.
