Hey BP

I wanted to reach out to the community to hear everyone's thoughts on upcoming foreclosures. With the number of people who asked for forbearance, what will the impact be on the market and should investors be a little concerned to purchase over the next few months?

My brokerage wholesales to investors but I think we should expect to see REOs driving home prices down over the coming year. Any thoughts?

Thanks!
