Foreclosure tools for Georgia market
Hello,
I’m looking to purchase foreclosures in the Georgia market. Anyone have luck with a specific platform for the Georgia reo market?

There are some good REO agents to reach out.
Auction.com and Hubzu will sometimes have okay deals. But you'll need to submit an offer multiple times as they lower the price.
Still a seller's market...
Easiest foreclosure deals are off-market.
