Buying a property after Auction in Minnesota
I am looking to buy a property in minnesota where the auction date has passed. Does the owner just quit claim the deed to me? also, he had 50k in liens before the auction. Do those liens drop off after auction? i ran title and it has no liens just some back property taxes. and is there an easier softer way to deal with sellers lender when the seller slacking on getting the payoff amount? I saw the bank bought it back for 110k. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
