Guidance on moving forward with a pre-foreclosure

Robert Jamerson
Posted

Hey Real Estate Gang,

Need some guidance here,I went on foreclosure.com and find some really nice "pre-foreclosure leads". They were in the 100-200K range. However, I cannot go to a bank and get financing for that, so I am wondering what strategy would you all advise I use to invest in a property I find on this website? Wholesale? Wholesale-Lease Option? Thanks for any and all advice.

Please don’t mess around with people in Foreclosure.....the last thing they need is some wholesaler type  tying up their property then not being g able to close....leaving them no time to find a Real buyer before their auction.
