Bought a Tax lien at an IRS auction
Hello, I have a question about purchasing IRS tax lien properties. If the name on the offer isn’t the last person to touch the deed. Will the title be considered clean?
It appears that the person listed had a warranty deed performed to another person listed who then put out a deed of trust with a lender.
