Chase REO accepted...maybe
New to the REO game but recently put in a strong offer and was told by the broker that the offer had been accepted. P&S and addendum have been signed and uploaded. I was then told that a competing offer had been submitted. Should I be worried about my accepted offer? Concerned since I dont have any signature from bank and addendum mentions that bank can accept offers until both parties sign the agreement and addendum. Really dont want to lose this deal but the waiting for inked paper is killing me.
