Getting started I bought my first house in Tobyhanna Pennsylvania for $115,000 cash I've been here approximately 3 months now I'm looking to buy another house in east Stroudsburg now this house would be a short sale it was last sold for $193,000 and now it's on the market for $125,000 it's a six bedroom three bathroom one acre and a quarter property with taxes range in a $6,000 a year my plan is to move into that one rent the one I have in Tobyhanna and have full inequity on both houses that's the beginning right there after that I'll look around I'll hunt around and I'll see to pull out an equity from the 115 house to go by the next property the next rental I just want to know if there's anything that I'm missing out and how does that sound two other property investors out there that are more experienced in in what I'm trying todo herr do here thank you
