Good evening to everyone at BP. I have been a member since this summer. Very useful information and tons of knowledge. I am glad and thankful to be here.
I currently own several rental properties. I purchased all my properties by marketing to neighborhoods and real estate agents. I am looking to purchase multiple properties from REO listings. These properties have been on the market for over 90 days. I have looked at the neighborhoods and chatted with neighbors. I feel good moving forward. Anything that I need to know about REO listings that might help accept my offer? How much do banks usually discount from original asking price? I have private money lined up and ready. Looking forward to everyone's feedback.
