Foreclosure property help
I am looking at a property that is going up for auction today on auction.com.
I have been by the property and see a lot of potential in it. I have many questions because it has been vacant for a year according to the neighbor.
But my main question is,
When I went by the property and looked around I saw a fsbo sign with a phone number on it. I am sure it was from before the foreclosure.
Would you call the number to see if it works and ask about the property when they owned it or not?
This would be my 1st deal. So any and all advice is greatly appreciated!
