Proof of funds letter
I just made an offer on an REO property and need proof of funds. Could someone provide me a proof of funds letter for an REO?

If you made the offer stating its going to be financed, you would get this letter from the lender who's approved your financing.
If you made the offers stating its case, provide a copy of a bank statement with the same name as on the offer showing enough money to close the purchase.
