Has anyone had any luck finding out who the investor is on a CHASE loan?

Ive called customer service and they repeatedly tell me they cant tell me.

Also- The rep told me when getting BPOs back they use a RMV (reconciled market value) and BPO value and it depends on the investor as to which value they use.
They said if its Chase delegated then they use the RMV value.

Does anyone know what a Chase delegated file is?

Ive sent in a GWR (Qualified written request) via mail and fax to try to find out....but they typically have 60 days to respond and Im trying to find out quicker.

Pat, you can likely find the investor if you know the primary borrower social and it's a MERS loan. You can look on the registry of deeds and look for the MIN# - plug that into the MERS site.

OR look at the fannie or freddie LOAN lookup site and you can find it there

OR look for an assignment on title at the registry. Usually the investor is listed

OR look at the foreclosure notice - it's always listed there.

GOOD LUCK

You can do a QWR too, but the servicers play by their own rules on those.
