AFTER EJECTMENT, SUING FOR ESTIMATED RETN
I bought a property from the bank. I have a judgment against the former owners for ejectment. I was told that I can now sue for the fair market value of the rent during the time I owned the house, but they would not leave. Is that true? If so, can I sue them now? That would be easier since I know exactly where they are - on my property!
