Closing on Freddie Mac Cash Purchase-Advice?

Hi- I am an inexperienced investor and am closing on a Freddie Mac owned foreclosure this week. I am using their lawyer (my buyers rep said it would be easier, plus I'd get free title insurance). I have looked up the 2 old deeds, I have a copy of the recorded PLAT, I've done a Title search at county offices, had inspections, etc.

As far as I can tell there should be no issues--only one that came up is that my neighbor, who is 1/4 mile away and originally owned the house I'm buying, removed easement on her property from 1st deed and just let subsequent owners use her access road by informal agreement. She's a little kooky, so I've decided to just put driveway in (got 2K off agreed sales price for that). There do not appear to be any easements on the property I am buying.

Is there anything else I should be doing before closing? I don't imagine I'll get a General Warranty deed, but can I find out before closing what type of deed it will be? If Freddie Mac's lawyer says there are no liens, can I trust him/her? Do I need to review title insurance policy or are they standard? Seems like so much small print to read at closing--what is important, what isn't?

I know Freddie will have many Addendums, but don't know what they are and which ones are important. Thanks for any advice on how to prepare and what to look for at closing.
